We – me and my husband, have been coming to Asami for 17 years, ever since a friend from law school introduced us.
I think our years of relationships speak for themselves. Her dedication and professionalism are incomparable. She takes time to understand your hair and your likes, and I appreciate that a lot. There are no mistake happenings when it comes to a session with Asami.

I am very particular about my hair (I’m half asian and it’s in between textures). I had tried several other stylists when I first moved to NYC and Asami is by far the best I found. I’ve been going to her for almost two years and every time I leave I’m incredibly happy! Asami always cuts and styles my hair exactly how I want it and very quick and efficient. She’s so sweet and polite and I never have to fix my hair once I leave the salon. She’s the best and I will be going to her for years to come!!
