I was in NYC for the weekend and desperately needed my hair colored, so I decided to schedule an appointment with Taylor after perusing his Instagram account. BEST. DECISION. EVER.

Taylor knew exactly what to do to bring my blonde back to life, and he did it with ease. Not to mention, he’s so much fun to talk to!! I have long, curly hair (and a lot of it!), and the blowout he did was amazing, too! Don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment with Taylor—you won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be back to see him the next time I’m in the city!

I go to Taylor regularly and no matter what I’m looking for, he’s great at making it work with my curly, inconsistent and often times unmanageable curls. He also suggested for me to play with color and not only did I love it, I look forward to doing it again. He’s also so personable and fun to be in the chair for. Taylor is EXCEPTIONAL at what he does! Seriously, you won’t find a better hair stylist. I just recently found Taylor this year and my hair has never looked better over the 20+ years I’ve been getting it highlighted blonde. He somehow always delivers on the ask in a way that exceeds my expectations – every. single. time. I don’t know how he does it but he turns my dark hair into a beautiful bright blonde while still looking natural, even as my roots grow in weeks later! And to top it off, his energy is absolutely amazing from the moment I step into the salon, making it such an enjoyable experience. After moving to NYC 3 years ago it took many trials and errors with multiple stylists for me to find a perfect match, and then I met Taylor! Not only is he extremely talented with color and cut, he can look at 5 different reference images I bring in (with not the clearest idea) and know exactly what I want – adding insights and advice which brings it all together. I have never left salon Ziba after an appointment with Taylor anything less than over the moon excited about his work. Not only does it look great, his work lasts longer than any other stylist I’ve been to in my life! Would never go to anyone else again – I recommend him to everyone!!
