Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, if you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 4-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the full service will be charged.
To cancel an appointment, you can reach us by phone or by email at email@example.com (during normal business hours), or via our online booking service at www.salonziba.com/book-an-appointment/ 24 hours a day.
Any special request or changes to any appointment can be made by phone, or via our online booking service.
You can also reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you to confirm your request has been processed.
We require a credit card on file when it is a first time client, when booking multiple appointments, and when booking services that takes more that 1 hour.
