If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let us know at least four hours before your appointment. If you can’t make a cancellation within the four hour window; you will be charged the full price for your services.
We hate to tie up a stylist who could be helping another client just as you hate extra fees, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

Amazing colorist
I love my colorist Ramona. I have been coming to her for almost 10 years. Ramona is hands down one of the best colorists in New York City. She is truly a master at making my brown hair and highlights look natural without turning red which has not been my experience with other colorists. She really knows her craft and makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable! The team culture, professionalism & cleanliness at Salon Ziba is second to none.
