Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

To respect the time of our team and other clients, we ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least four hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made within the four‑hour window, or a missed appointment, will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Can't do without Jeffrey

I’ve been getting Jeffrey to work on my hair since I moved to NYC in 2017, and will not go to anyone else. I’ve lived in Hong Kong, Shanghai, London and now New York, and Jeffrey is the absolute best stylist I have ever had. I told him he can never retire!

Any unopened retail item can be returned within a week with receipt as proof of purchase.

Salon Ziba stands behind the quality and professionalism of all technicians but we do understand that sometimes you might not be satisfied with the results. We have a 7 day policy to redo any of these services. If you cannot make it back to the salon we must know of any issues within the 7 days.
