CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 4 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise the full service will be charged.

To cancel an appointment, you can reach us by phone or by email at reservations@salonziba.com (during normal business hours), or via our online booking service at www.salonziba.com/book-an-appointment/ 24 hours a day.

Any special request or changes to any appointment can be made by phone, or via our online booking service.
You can also reach us by email at reservations@salonziba.com and we will get back to you to confirm your request has been processed.

We require a credit card on file when it is a first time client, when booking multiple appointments, and when booking services that takes more that 1 hour.

RETURN POLICY
Any unopened retail item can be returned within a week with receipt as proof of purchase.
REDO SERVICES
Salon Ziba stands behind the quality and professionalism of all technicians but we do understand that sometimes you might not be satisfied with the results. We have a 7 day policy to redo any of these services. If you cannot make it back to the salon we must know of any issues within the 7 days.
